Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, swimsuits, bodysuits, and earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure you're selecting the correct size and feel free to reach out if you need assistance before purchasing.

How to Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@cwme.co with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive your return and it passes inspection, we’ll issue a store credit or exchange, depending on your preference. Refunds to original payment methods are only available in cases of order errors or defective items.
